The Saudi Aramco SafeLife Mobile Application (“App”) empowers users (Aramco employees & Aramco Contractors) to report safety observations, near-misses and incidents. In addition, the App allows users to create, conduct and search for safety inspections and to review contractor employee’s safety trainings while out in the field. This App provides an alternative to the web-based SafeLife Desktop solution, and has both on and off-line capabilities.
When you use the App, we will need to use information about you (“Personal Data”) which we collect via the App or by using information we already hold about you to allow you to use the App. Personal Data which we may collect and/or use by using the App includes your Personal Data such as your:

All Saudi Aramco personnel who have access to your Personal Data operate under strict corporate guidelines to ensure the protection of the data and compliance with applicable local data protection laws and regulations.
We store and hosted your Personal Data within the Kingdom. Your Personal Data may be shared with and processed by Saudi Aramco or subsidiaries and affiliates of Saudi Aramco outside of the Kingdom.
The laws on processing such information, including where such information is classed as "personal data", in these locations may be less stringent than in your country. We will take all steps reasonably necessary and/or required by applicable data protection laws to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this notice and applicable law.
We will keep Personal Data for as long as we have a relationship with you and when you use our mobile application. Following the end of the relationship, we shall retain this for a period of 7 years or such longer period as required by law and/or to protect our legal interests. We will not keep any information for longer than is strictly necessary and when we no longer need the information, we will securely destroy it in accordance with our internal policies or anonymize it.
